As you may know, a while back I created a few PowerPoint templates for a friend. I uploaded one of them “bubbles” for everyone to use / share / distribute as you wish. Since then I’ve had a few requests for more. Since my post on an Excel dashboard using the Microsoft Metro UI style, many have requested a PowerPoint template in the same style, so here goes…

Brilliant theme Alesandra. I was looking for a contemporary theme to help emphasise my presentation. I wanted to empasise the future using a paradigm that people would naturally associate with the future. This metro theme does it. Thanks.

By the way, can you tell me how to create icon shapes on slide 15? It was fun since the shape is not default in MS Office. I don’t know how can you have that? Thanks so much in advance.
Another point I want to ask is that the color used in this template is not original from Windows 8 Metro UI, right? As I see, they are slightly different 🙂
I created the icons in inkscape. Unfortunately, sometimes the references rgb aren’t exactly correct when exported as png and then put into another program, but I hope the general look is metro ui… Glad you liked it.
